Assessments, testing, training and coaching.
You are used to solving your problems yourself.
By thinking carefully, analysing and taking decisions.
And yet you don't solve that one problem, yourself.
It has become complicated.
Meanwhile, the pressure is mounting.
You don't see what else you could do.
How to get out of this or where to start at all?
I have been counselling people for 20+ years, who are under high pressure and know they will not move forward like this.
Shall we look at it together?
You work hard, looking at it from all angles.
You keep brooding and lying awake because of it.
Again and again the same question, but no answer.
You've dived into it, sought advice and had some use for it. But still something is missing.
You've considered everything, but which is smart? In my case?
And where do I start? And how do I get there in the first place?
Hiring a specialist for 1 part can help.
Your leadership is only about the whole picture and one affects the other.
And regularly the solution lies just outside your own framework, your assumptions are wrong.
Or is it better to try something in a different place than where the problem is.
I regularly hear from clients that I come up with original feedback. That they are surprised with what I come up with. I look differently: at the whole picture, the whole mess, and easily make the connections.
And I keep asking myself 1 question: What is 1 thing you could do or change that will make a difference tomorrow? And what you are unconsciously not doing? That's how you get quick results.

I ask for help or advice, but it doesn't really connect.
I also don't know how to articulate exactly what I am up against.
I make a lot of space for others, but who listens to me - really listens to me?
To another, I am a listening ear, but listening to myself I find much more difficult.
I can see how it works for others.
I wish there was an assessment that would really help me, that would give me the answers.
Those around me criticise me, expect everything.
They know exactly what it is: I make it too complicated, etc., but I'm just not comfortable.
Recognisable struggle?
In the end, I became the coach I was looking for myself.
How would it be if someone really listened to you, got involved and showed interest.
That for once it may be all about you.
Someone who listens deeply to what you are struggling with.
And has the wisdom how to deal with it.
