We capture it all in a Mission Statement; a sharp and practical compass that continues to guide you when you get stuck again, go through a transition or face important choices. This is how you get – and stay – sustainably on track.

Investing in yourself: in time, courage, energy and money

You are going through a transition, chosen or not. You long for a transformation, because this period is your chance to hold everything up to the light. You put yourself at the top of the agenda. We reflect, explore and experiment.

You bring your coaching question to life in your daily practice, because you want answers. You sharpen your sense of who you truly are, recognise your red threads, break patterns, set direction and learn to make choices that fit you.

I walk alongside you as coach, mentor, encourager, sparring partner and trainer. I commit myself to your result. You get to make the most of your current or new role and have a compass to navigate the rest of your career.

The programme (1 to 1.5 years)
  • Intensive sessions: Every 2-3 months we meet at the office for an in-depth session of 2–3 hours. We both come prepared. You come to take, I come to give.
  • Ongoing support: In between, I am your back-up. You can call on me for input, feedback or when you get acutely stuck.
  • Tailored and action-focused: Your process is leading. With targeted assignments and reflection, we accelerate your progress and make smart use of your daily practice.
  • Extra space: You receive 6 power sessions and 1 bonus session to calmly and firmly roll out your new direction.
Your investment

As an individual/professional: € 4,000 excl. VAT (all-in).

As an executive/manager/director: € 5,000 excl. VAT (all-in).

This programme is for those who understand that the cost of just muddling through or staying stuck in your head is many times higher than the investment in a lasting and authentic direction.

Each year I have capacity to guide a maximum of 15 new clients.
