My clients have already tried all sorts of things. And then it starts to get interesting for me; the more complex, the better! I prefer to untangle one knot after another.

Born and raised in Friesland, there was little room for my enthusiasm and warmth. Nowadays, I can appreciate the sobriety I got with that.

I hate pigeonholes and help that doesn't really help.
I am troubled by the lack of humanity in our society.

You could call me a tour guide; am on the road with many people for long periods of time. I love freedom and adventure. Hanging out together. Discovering your world and what helps you, so that you can take the helm yourself.

As a business administration student, I used to sit at the bar and chat for hours. Now I still do: sparring, listening, getting an unbiased view of who someone really is, what touches you and gives you energy.

I love life, inspiring and developing people. We are like trees; there is something to do in every season and you keep growing all your life. There were many painful crises, where I had to look for answers, the way through. I had to overcome a lot; from growing up under control, abuse to a nasty chronic illness. I am transparent about that. One of my clients called that mutual vulnerability.

Ultimately, it made me fit for this work.
I am a pathfinder, a trailblazer, and bring with me a lot of (life) experience, resilience and wisdom.

I am therefore of making new 'beginnings' and navigating through transitions.
There is no greater honour than to be able to navigate with you through a difficult phase.
To find the way or the beginning, to achieve victory.

My work gives me an excuse to pursue lifelong learning, all kinds of education and training.

Entrepreneurship was something I inherited from home, was inevitable. I have enjoyed entrepreneurship for 15+ years.

At home, I jokingly call myself the Archer Queen.
From my husband Jan Willem some 25 years ago, I was given his name: The Hunter.
My 3 powerful men fully support the work I do, believe in me.

In my work, I penetrate to the core, touch your core, until it emerges.
I shoot 'arrows' to shoot you through something, get rid of things that have been bothering you for a long time.

My greatest hobby is writing! Describing, articulating and naming. I use this a lot in my work. Just like my giftedness, high sensitivity and high intuitiveness.

This allows me to provide nuanced customisation and discover and write down the authentic course together with my client. Mirroring back from the whole picture, exactly where you get stuck and what helps you to develop again. In doing so, my sharp intuition helps you to trust your own intuition (again).

Hanging out with me is pretty intense(ive). I have long struggled with the fact that I am different from others. However, in my work it is an advantage, because clients long for a breakthrough or have to function under high pressure. That requires depth, intensity and someone who can listen deeply, look deeply.
